Pink Bean Coffee closes Fall River storefront
The Pink Bean Coffee has announced that their Fall River storefront, 85 Purchase St., will remain closed. In a Jan. 12 Facebook post, they wrote that after 10 years, their original storefront will stay closed.
“This is where we all fell in love with Pink Bean and where we met so many long term regulars who became part of our story,” they wrote.
Their Somerset location remains open.
They concluded with an expression of gratitude for their time in Fall River:
“Thank you all so much for 10 incredible years!”
Seasonal meals at Duke’s Bakery & Cafe

Wine dinner at The Rookery Pub
Take a tour of the wines of Italy, in Swansea. The Rookery Pub, 2219 Grand Army of the Republic Hwy., is hosting a wine dinner event on Thursday, Jan. 25, starting at 6:30 p.m. The dinner will feature a five-course tasting menu that pairs wines from various regions in Italy with dishes from those regions. Gray’s Daily Grind will return with new menu
Gray’s Daily Grind, 638 Adamsville Rd., Westport is taking a little break. They’re closed for cleaning and a refresh, but they’ll be back Feb. 1, with a new menu.
New lunch special at Harry’s Restaurant
There’s a new sandwich in town. Harry’s Restaurant, 270 S. Main St., Fall River, has added a three-cheese triple-decker grilled cheese to its specials. The cheesy goodness is made with Swiss, cheddar, and American cheeses. Follow Harry’s on Facebook for the latest specials and updates.
