Fire sensors and control panels stolen from Manitowoc business in 2 separate burglaries

MANITOWOC, Wis. (WFRV) – Officers in Manitowoc are investigating two separate burglaries at a local business where multiple fire sensors and a fire control panel were taken, with a reward being offered from Crime Stoppers for any relevant information.

According to a release from the Manitowoc Area Crime Stoppers, two separate burglaries occurred at a local business in the 100 block of Waldo Boulevard, one of which on July 3 and the other likely taking place on July 6.

Officers from the Manitowoc Police Department are investigating the incidents, saying that victims reported that their suites had been ‘forcibly entered’ with ‘business property’ being removed.

Officers say that the property was described as multiple fire sensors and a fire control panel.

A reward of up to $500 is offered for any relevant information about the alleged burglaries that leads to the arrest of the person or persons involved, or in the recovery of the stolen property.

Authorities are asking those with information to call Crime Stoppers at (920) 683-4466 or through the P3 app. Callers are asked to reference the incident numbers 2024-8311 or 2024-8131.
