Firefighter treated after blaze on Buffalo’s East Side
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A firefighter was taken to the hospital after a fire on Buffalo’s East Side early Monday morning.
Crews began fighting the fire at a home at 23 Deshler Street around 3:30 a.m. Monday. The firefighter was transported to the hospital to be treated for heat exhaustion and was later released.
Damage is estimated at $180,000. There were no other reported injuries inside the home.
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
