BBC has released a first look at Strictly Come Dancing's Anton Du Beke and Big Brother presenter AJ Odudu in Mary Berry's new cooking show.

Titled Mary Makes It Easy, the new series sees the pair joined by fellow celebrity guests Mel Giedroyc, Jordan North, Lorraine Kelly and Michael Ball as they are all inspired to step out of their comfort zone in the kitchen.

Premiering on November 2, the six-part series will see the former Great British Bake Off judge joined by a different guest each episode.

Each celebrity heads into the kitchen with their own cooking dilemma, with Mary aiming to inspire her guests – and audiences at home – to be bolder in their cooking and teaching them a few tips along the way.

In the trailer, we see Anton attempt to win Mary over with his dancing skills, while AJ joins her for a spot of cooking outside.

"You are a natural," the Strictly judge declares as the pair dance by the seaside. "Flattery will get you everywhere Anton," Mary replies.

Elsewhere, we see former Bake Off host Mel joke that she forages for "crisps" as the pair embark on a camping trip together, while I'm a Celebrity's Jordan receives a telling off for his messiness in the kitchen.

Speaking about the series in a statement, Mary said: "I love having somebody by my side when I am cooking and to have the celebrities was a real bonus because they all wanted to learn how to cook or to do something special for an occasion.

"I hope I gave them confidence and passed on a few tips for them."

Mary Makes it Easy will premiere Thursday, November 2 at 7.30pm on BBC Two and BBC iPlayer.
