KENNER, La. (WGNO) — The city of Kenner woke up to Williams Boulevard underwater.
For many folks, there was no electricity.
But WGNO Good Morning New Orleans features reporter Bill Wood finds the Louisiana woman who’s got the catch of the day.
Because of all the water, fish are actually swimming in the street.
Or trying to swim.

They’ve come from an overflowing canal nearby.
Now, Patricia Gonzales is cleaning storm drains and going fishing.
She’s trying to save them.
