Free summer lunch program returns in Bernalillo County

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Bernalillo County is announcing the return of its free summer lunch program. Beginning June 3, free lunch will be served daily to children at different locations around Bernalillo County.

Program Rules:

  • Must be between the ages of 1 to 18 years old to receive a meal

  • Meals must be consumed at the meal site (except for non-congretate sites)

  • All meals are provided on a first come, first served basis

  • Participants must receive the entire meal

Lunch service will not be provided on June 19 and July 4, in observance of the Juneteenth and 4th of July holidays. For the full list of meal sites and times served, click here.
