Friday Wind Down: A talented trio
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV)—It’s time to bring the energy as our Friday Wind Down guests helps us kick off the Labor Day weekend.
This week’s Wind Down is a tribute to Paul Simon by three talented musicians who are joining together on WSAV, and for a concert Friday night. If you weren’t able to get tickets for the Savannah Salute to Paul Simon, this performance offers you a taste of what you missed out on.
WSAV’s Tina Tyus-Shaw was joined by Marc Chesanow, a talented bassist, Matt Eckstine, a vocalist and guitarist, and Evan Rose, a bluegrass musician who provided vocals and manned a mandolin.
The three talented musicians all had an early start on the road to performing since they’ve been making music since they were all young children.
