Fugitive sought: Pottsville woman wanted for violating parole
Aug. 27—Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael A. O'Pake and the Schuylkill County detectives are asking the public for help in locating a woman who violated conditions of her probation.
Detectives said that Amanda Jo Martin has an active bench warrant filed against her and has been declared an absconder.
The original charge in the case against Martin was felony criminal trespass-breaking into a structure.
Martin, 30, is described as being white, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing about 115 pounds.
She has a last known address of 642 Mauch Chunk St. in Pottsville, detectives said.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Martin or any other fugitive in Schuylkill County is asked to call the district attorney's office at 570-628-1350 or Schuylkill County Tip Line at 570-624-3988. Information can also be submitted by email to [email protected].
In addition, detectives said that anyone who may see or come in contact with Martin is asked to call the Schuylkill County 911 Center or their local police department immediately.
