“It has taken everything from me,” neighbor Brenda Strong told News 2. “Except you can’t take my memories.”

At least six homes in the immediate area were damaged in the blast. Strong’s was one of them, though she was not home at the time of the blast.

“For some reason, God was telling me to hurry and get ready and go,” Strong said. “So that’s what I did.”

Stadelbauer was indicted by a Sumner County grand jury on July 8. She was booked into the Sumner County jail on July 24 and charged with aggravated arson, vandalism over $250,000 and child abuse/neglect. Her bond was set at $100,000.

“I don’t know what’s wrong with people,” Strong said. “They have just lost their freaking minds.”
