Michael Sacha, 30, was involved in a fatal ATV accident on Monday and Kid Rock, born Robert Ritchie, lost his cool with the emergency dispatcher.
Sacha had been riding a Polaris ATV when the accident occurred. Rock called for an ambulance when the dispatcher told the “I Am The Bullgod” singer that his phone connection is bad.
Frustration in Rock mounted when the dispatcher kept asking what had happened and what the singer’s name was.
Eventually, Rock told the dispatcher: “What part of send an ambulance don't you f****** hear?”
The dispatcher told the singer: “Sir, you yelling at me is not going to help the situation. I’m just trying to figure out what's going on, ok?”
Eventually, a friend of Rock’s grabbed the phone to calm the situation. When first responders arrived, the assistant was already dead.

Rock released a statement late Monday, saying he was "beyond devastated" to confirm Sacha's death.
"He was a member of our family and one of the greatest young men I have ever had the pleasure to not only work with, but also to become friends with," Rock said in a statement on his website. "I know I speak for us all in sharing my deepest condolences to his family. I cannot imagine how they must feel. Myself, the band, our family, friends and coworkers are devastated over this loss."
He added: "RIP Mike. We will never forget you, my friend."
