Henry Cavill Hates ‘Disrespectful’ Women Who Hit On Him In Front Of His Teenage Girlfriend

It’s nothing but hassle being the multi-millionaire square-jawed face of Superman.

Man Of Steel actor Henry Cavill, 32, has complained it “gets his goat” when female fans attempt to chat him up in the presence of his 19-year-old girlfriend Tara King.

He said: “I’ve heard some things in my time, I have to say. I’d best not say what. I don’t mind it – not unless I’m with my girlfriend and someone is being complimentary to me in order to disrespect her. People who don’t respect other people’s feelings really get my goat.”

The Jersey-born actor also claimed in an interview with The Sunday Times’ Style magazine he is the victim of catcalls from women and finds it sexist.

He moaned: “I do think there’s a bit of a double standard, you know. I mean, if a girl shouts something like, ‘Oi, love, fancy a s**g?’ to me as I walk past, I do sometimes wonder how she’d feel if a builder said that to her. Although, of course, I wouldn’t feel physically threatened, as she might.”

Henry has been dating Tara since they met at a nightclub last year and insists there is no problem about their 13-year age gap as she’s so “mature”.

He has told Elle magazine: ‘People say age is just a number. It’s actually real and true sign of someone’s maturity. But in this case, she’s fantastic.

“When I met my girlfriend, I was super intimidated. I wanted to impress her. I was thinking, Don’t mess this up, man.”
