INKcarceration lineup for 2024 festival released; dates are July 19-21
INKcarceration has set its lineup for this summer's rock and tattoo festival.
Shinedown, Breaking Benjamin and Godsmack will be the headliners at the historic Ohio State Reformatory. This year's dates are July 19-21.
INKcarceration, which attracts 25,000 visitors a day, is coming off three sold-out years in a row.
Other bands on the ticket are the Offspring, Bad Omens, Halestorm, Parkway Drive, I Prevail, Chevelle and the Dropkick Murphys, along with the first U.S. festival appearance in 14 years by Chimaira.
INKcarceration's tattoo convention will feature more than 115 artists. Another big draw is the Blood Prison Haunted Experience, which will be open for the only time outside of the Halloween season.

Shinedown is an American rock band from Jacksonville, Florida. The group has released seven studio albums.
Shinedown has the most No. 1 singles on the Billboard Mainstream Rock charts with 19, and all of their released singles have reached the top 5 on the chart. Additionally, on June 3, 2021, Shinedown was ranked #1 by Billboard on the Greatest of All Time Mainstreams Rock Artists chart released to celebrate the Mainstream Rock Chart's 40th Anniversary.
To date, the band has sold more than 10 million records worldwide.
Breaking Benjamin is an American rock band from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, formed in 1999.
Despite significant lineup changes, the band's musical style and lyrical content have remained consistent. Breaking Benjamin has commonly been noted for its hard rock tendencies with angst-heavy lyrics, swelling choruses and "crunching" guitars.
In the U.S. alone, the band has sold more than 19 million units and yielded three RIAA-certified platinum records, two gold records and several certified singles, including three multi-platinum, three platinum and six gold.
Godsmack is an American rock band from Lawrence, Massachusetts, formed in 1995. Since its formation, Godsmack has released eight studio albums, one EP, four DVDs, one compilation album and one live album.
Since its inception, Godsmack has toured with Ozzfest on more than one occasion and has toured with many other large tours and festivals, including supporting its albums with its own arena tours.
