Interstate 90 nightly ramp closure begins Monday
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The eastbound Interstate 90 ramp to the westbound State Route 33 in Cheektowaga will be closed nightly beginning Monday, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.
Beginning at 10 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21, the nightly closure will run through 6a.m. Thursday, Oct. 24. The eastern pedestrian bridge near the Interstate 90 interchange at Exit 51 will be removed during this time, weather permitting.
Motorists are urged to slow down and drive responsibly in work zones and are advised to follow the posted detour.
