Jamestown man pleads guilty to narcotics conspiracy involving 400 grams of fentanyl

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Jamestown man pleaded guilty to his role in a drug conspiracy involving two other people and 400 or more grams of fentanyl, the United States Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday.

According to officials, 55-year-old Roberto Morales Sanchez bought and sold heroin and fentanyl for profit and supplied co-conspirators Ryan Bloom and Rachelle Allison with the narcotics for distribution.

The three utilized a Fairview Avenue residence and Sanchez utilized his own Willis Street residence for drug trafficking purposes, the attorney’s office said.

Bloom and Allison were previously convicted and are awaiting sentencing.

Sanchez pleaded guilty to narcotics conspiracy involving one kilogram or more of heroin and 400 grams or more of fentanyl. The charge carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison, a maximum of life and a $10 million fine.

He is scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 24.
