A judge ordered Amber Waterman to be transferred back to Bentonville for her court date on July 15.

Waterman, 44, is charged in Benton County with two counts of capital murder and kidnapping after court documents allege she and her husband kidnapped Ashley Bush to take her unborn child.

Documents say Waterman and her husband Jamie forcefully took Bush to Missouri while she was 31 weeks pregnant.

Jamie Waterman has not been charged in Benton County.

The couple is also facing federal charges in Missouri. Amber Waterman is charged with causing the death of an unborn child and kidnapping resulting in death, and Jamie is charged with one count of being an accessory after the fact to kidnapping resulting in death.

Both have pleaded not guilty to the federal charges against them. Their federal trial in Springfield, Missouri, is set for October 21.

If found guilty of capital murder, Amber could face the death penalty or life in prison.
