Kanye West Accused Of Sexually Assaulting, Drugging Former Assistant
Kanye West has been accused of sexually assaulting and drugging his former assistant. People reports that Lauren Pisciotta, a woman who claims to have worked for West from 2021 to 2022, filed the complaint last Tuesday (Oct. 8). Her now-amended complaint accuses Yeezy of “sexual battery” and claims that the incident transpired during a studio session with Diddy.
“Drinks were served to others in attendance, followed by an announcement that everybody had to drink if they wanted to stay,” Lauren’s complaint recalls the incident. Pisciotta claims she was served a drink by an assistant from an order instructed by West, to which she began feeling disoriented after taking several sips of the liquid.
“As plaintiff began to slip into an altered and heavily impaired state, she felt less in control of her body and speech, and that is where plaintiff’s memories of that night escape her,” Lauren’s complaint states.
The next day, the woman recalls allegedly feeling “physically ill and confused” and full of “immense embarrassment” due to not being able to remember what happened after consuming the drink. However, her memory gaps were filled in after recently having a conversation with Ye after being hired to be his assistant, Chief of Staff, and A&R for the musician. West allegedly brought up the incident, stating that the two “did kind of hook up a little one time,” seemingly referring to the night she was assaulted at the studio session. Pisciotta asserted to Ye that she didn’t remember them getting together, to which Ye allegedly played it for a joke, saying, “Women love to say they don’t remember.”
“Up until that very point, right before that very conversation,” the legal document reads. “Plaintiff was unaware that she had been subjected to gender violence and sexual battery on that studio night by Kanye.” After their conversation, Lauren claims to have been “overcome with immense shame, discomfort and utter disgust.”
The legal document also recalls Ye allegedly “forcing” himself onto her at the San Francisco St. Regis Hotel. Traveling to the West Coast for an “album workshop,” Pisciotta claims that Ye forced “his way into her room,” explaining that he needed to use her shower because his shower was broken. West then allegedly dropped his towel in front of the woman and began attempting to thrust his body in her face while “ignoring her pleas to stop.” The complaint then details that West finally stopped and then abruptly left the room, saying “sorry.” He then “went about his day as normal.”
“[Lauren Pisciotta] could not stomach the fact that she worked for the man who had sexually assaulted her against her will while she was drugged, who then successfully lured her back into his orbit by way of a job opportunity to sexually assault her all over again,” the complaint continues.
It should be noted that Lauren Pisciotta isn’t stating that Diddy sexually assaulted her in this complaint.
Kanye West previously slammed Pisciotta’s sexual harassment claims made against him back in June, where she claimed that he masturbated in front of her twice and wrongfully terminated her.
In a statement of his own, West asserted that she was trying to pursue him to gain employment benefits sexually.
“It is well documented how Ms. Pisciotta consistently used sexual coercion in an attempt to demand not only money but material items, namely Hermes Birkin bags, a Lamborghini, and an endless quest for plastic surgery,” a portion of his statement read. “Upon having her advances rebuked, Pisciotta’s blackmail demands have gone from $60M last year to $50M in last week’s frivolous filing. Such behavior is entirely inconsistent with someone who claims to have been sexually harassed or experienced a hostile work environment.
“It is evident that Ms. Pisciotta leveraged her association with Ye and his company, and her proximity to him, to seek material gains, clout, and employment through inappropriate means. Her initial attempt at a lawsuit for unlawful termination gained no media traction, leading her to fabricate headlines following threats of blackmail and extortion.”
