Lackawanna man charged following SWAT incident Tuesday
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Lackawanna man is facing multiple charges following a SWAT incident on W. Highland Parkway on Tuesday evening, according to the Hamburg Police Department.
Police responded to the residence for an alleged incident involving an assault and a potential gun threat.
Police entered the residence to conduct a search warrant, evacuated unaffected individuals and cleared the residence before taking 48-year-old Jason Connolly into custody.
He is charged with second-degree menacing, third-degree assault and second-degree harassment. He was held awaiting arraignment in Hamburg Town Court.
