Lafourche Parish couple facing bestiality charges following recent sex crimes arrest

LAFOURCHE PARISH, La. (WGNO) — A Cut Off couple is facing additional charges following their recent arrest on sex-crime-related allegations, according to the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Husband and wife, 34-year-old Jorden Theriot and 33-year-old Jennie Theriot, were previously arrested in July after deputies said they received a complaint of possible sexual abuse involving more than one child.

During the investigation, deputies obtained a warrant to search two homes where they reported finding 14 guns with “a large amount of ammunition,” along with several types of narcotics and additional evidence including child pornography.
The two were arrested and booked into the Lafourche Parish Correctional Complex.
Further investigation led detectives to allegedly find 96 videos of humans engaged in sexual acts with animals.
According to deputies, the two now each face 96 counts of sexual abuse of an animal, possession and production of pornographic images involving bestiality.
Bail for Jordan has now been set at $1,780,500 and bail for Jennie is now at $2,205,500.
Deputies say the investigation remains ongoing.
