Lil Reese could be facing some big consequences soon. The 31-year-old rapper is wanted by police for an alleged assault that took place at a Texas nightclub last week.

TMZ reported that the Chicago rapper allegedly punched and strangled his ex-girlfriend at The Pinkhouse in Houston. Houston police claim that Reese attempted to kiss the woman as he was entering the club and she was leaving, around 6:30 a.m. When the woman rejected his advances, he allegedly grew frustrated and punched her and gripped her neck.

Reese’s ex-girlfriend told the police that she was “gasping for air” and feared for her life. There were reportedly multiple witnesses of the incident, including those who broke up the scuffle between her and Reese. She claimed they previously dated for two months before breaking up weeks before this alleged altercation took place.

Upon seeing Lil Reese’s ex-girlfriend’s injuries, Houston police issued a warrant for his arrest. His whereabouts are currently unknown and he has yet to comment on the altercation or the arrest warrant. This follows Reese’s recent rape allegations, which were sparked by his arrest in July.

Reese denied the allegations via Instagram, writing, “On my sister Ree Ree the whole story cap and made up [f**k] I look like this ain’t that I know better and the same way ya’ll posting that [sh*t] make sure ya’ll post the case get thrown out on my court date they do anything for clout and tryna come up try again.”

He successfully called his shot as the case was dismissed by a judge. He commented on the ordeal via X (formerly Twitter) last month. “So today was my first court date for the false a** sh*t that bi**h said I did,” he wrote. “And guess what case dismiss I wanna see they post and put this all around like they did when they said I rapped [sic] a lien bi**h.” Reese even posted a photo of his proof of appearance form from Los Angeles County Court so there were no discrepancies.
