List: NYC affordable housing lotteries with rent under $1,000
NEW YORK (PIX11) — The New York City housing lotteries offer great deals, including units with monthly rent under $1,000.
The apartments are available in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the Bronx. Some of the buildings offer two and three-bedroom options for less than $1,000, depending on annual income.

2777 Atlantic Avenue Apartments in Brooklyn: Studios and one-bedroom going for less than $800 a month
Throop Corners at 88 Throop Avenue in Brooklyn: Studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units available
339 West 38th Street Apartments in Manhattan: Studios available for less than $800
828 Metropolitan Avenue Apartments in Brooklyn: one-bedroom goes for $933
The Starhill Phase 1 at 1600 Grand Ave. in the Bronx: one-bedroom and two-bedroom units are less than $800
1510 Broadway Apartments in Brooklyn: Some studios are less than $500
