2 killed in I-90 crash in Euclid: Police

EUCLID, Ohio (WJW) – Law enforcement is investigating after a double fatal crash on Interstate 90 in Euclid Thursday afternoon.

The crash happened in the westbound lanes of I-90, near E. 200th Street.

The Euclid Police Department confirmed to FOX 8 that there were two fatalities in the crash, which remains under investigation at this time.

Local ambulance driver fell asleep at the wheel: Police

One victim was identified as Charles Pankratz, 79, of Cleveland, according to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner.

The other victim has not been identified.
