Lockport man charged with rape
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Lockport man was arrested and charged with first-degree rape Friday following an investigation, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office announced.
A complaint involving a juvenile victim led to the investigation. Edwin Livingston, 39, was charged with first-degree rape, first-degree criminal sexual act and first-degree sexual abuse.
He is currently being held at the Niagara County Correctional Facility pending arraignment.
