In 2022, British singer Adele bought the mansion for $58 million, and kept the Rocky statue.
In February 2022, the Los Angeles Times reported that Adele had bought Stallone's LA mansion for $58 million, just over half of the original price tag.
Speaking to the Wall Street Journal in June, Stallone said that Adele only agreed to buy the property if she could also keep Stallone's life-size statue of Rocky Balboa.
When asked if he wanted to keep the sculpture, Stallone said: "I did. But she said, 'That's a no deal. That's gonna blow the whole deal.' She wanted the statue. I like what she's doing, she's making it gorgeous."
Adele previously told Vogue in 2021 that she's a huge fan of the "Rocky" movies, so it's no surprise that she wanted to keep the statue for herself.
