Man arrested for allegedly masturbating in Lockport Walmart
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A man was arrested and charged Monday for allegedly masturbating in the electronics department of a Lockport Walmart, according to New York State Police.
Around 9:20 p.m. on July 15, troopers responded to the Walmart on South Transit Road in Lockport for reports of a male viewing inappropriate videos. It is alleged that 45-year-old Keith G. Dobucki was viewing pornographic material on a display phone and masturbating while sitting in an electric scooter, according to police.
He was arrested and transported to State Police Lockport for processing. As a result, he was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Lockport Court in August.
