Man shot multiple times Saturday afternoon

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio (WJW) – Cleveland Heights police are searching for a person accused of shooting a man approximately three times on Saturday afternoon.

According to a post on Facebook by Mayor Kahlil Seren, police were dispatched just after 3:30 p.m. to Lee Blvd. When officers arrived, they found the victim who was then taken to a nearby hospital, said Seren.

“Preliminary investigation revealed that the suspect is known to the victim; this is not just a random incident,” said the Mayor on Facebook.

The victim’s injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.
