Man wanted in Cleveland Metroparks shooting arrested in St. Louis
ST. LOUIS, Missouri (WJW) – A man wanted in a shooting in Garfield Heights has been arrested in Missouri.
Cleveland Metroparks Police Chief Kelly Stillman and U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott announced Tuesday that Marcus Anderson had been taken into custody.

Anderson, 29, was wanted in connection to a June 22 shooting that happened at the Red Oak Picnic Area in Garfield Heights.
According to a press release, Anderson and the victim were in an argument before the shooting.
The victim was shot 5 times.
A warrant was issued for Anderson’s arrest on July 10.
Former Cleveland pitcher says missing daughter found
Investigators later learned Anderson had left the state.
Tuesday morning, US Marshals arrested him in St. Louis.
“The successful apprehension and arrest by the U.S. Marshals Service underscores the value of our law enforcement partnerships,” said Cleveland Metroparks Police Chief Kelly Stillman in a press release. “These crimes will not be tolerated, and we intend to prosecute this suspect to the fullest extent possible.”
