Police say he recently hit and killed 7-year-old Amir Prewitt. Investigators believe he ran over the child, turned around in a parking lot on Lakeshore, then took off.
The I-Team also found an arrest warrant for Mynatt for not showing up in Cuyahoga County Court in a domestic violence case.
City councilman Mike Polensek says he’s been dealing with Mynatt and run-ins with the law since Mynatt was 15.
