Manitowoc PD looking for suspect who broke into home & assaulted resident, reward offered
MANITOWOC, Wis. (WFRV) – A reward is being offered for any information that may lead to the arrest of a suspect who allegedly entered a Manitowoc home and assaulted the resident.
A release from the Manitowoc Area Crime Stoppers, states that recently officers got a 911 call from a resident in the 1200 block of North 9th Street reporting that someone had entered their home and physically assaulted them.

Authorities say the incident happened around 5:25 a.m. on Saturday, September 7, and the suspect likely suffered an injury to his left hand during the altercation. The suspect fled the home before officers arrived when another resident confronted him.
Officers describe the suspect as a 5’6″ white man, with a thin build and blonde or brown hair with bangs. He was reportedly last wearing a black hoodie and black sweatpants. The suspect’s vehicle is a newer white SUV, “similar to a Nissan Rogue, Chevy Trax, or a Buick Encore.”
The suspect vehicle was last seen traveling north on North 8th Street past Reed Avenue.

The Manitowoc Police Department, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is offering up to a $750 reward for any information leading to the arrest of the suspect.
