PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Authorities are continuing the search for a man suspected of shooting at two people near a MAX platform in unincorporated Clackamas County in late July, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office announced Tuesday.

The shooting occurred just before 9:30 p.m. July 30 when two men were in the parking lot of the Southeast 82nd Avenue JC Penney — near the entrance of the Green Line MAX platform — when the suspect got out of a black Cadillac sedan and shot at the men with a pistol from about 20 yards away, the sheriff’s office said.
