Meet the 99th Assembly District candidates in the Republican primary in Tuesday's election
Two candidates are running in the Republican primary for the 99th Assembly District seat of the state Legislature in the Aug. 13 primary election.
Barbara Dittrich and Jeffrey Pfannerstill are competing in the primary. There's no Democratic candidate in the race so the primary winner will win the Nov. 5 general election.
Dittrich is the incumbent in the 38th Assembly District but legislative map changes moved her into the 99th. The incumbent in the 99th District, Cindi Duchow, was moved into the 97th District and is running in that district.
The 99th Assembly District includes Hartland, Chenequa, Oconomowoc, Lac La Belle and Ixonia. It also stretches into Dodge County to include areas like Neosho and Rubicon.
