Melissa Joan Hart leads tributes to Sabrina the Teenage Witch co-star
Sabrina the Teenage Witch's Melissa Joan Hart has led tributes for co-star Martin Mull, following his death at the age of 80.
The actor played Principal Willard Kraft on the classic Nickelodeon teen comedy, and was also known for playing roles like Gene Parmesan on Arrested Development, Leon Carp on Roseanne, Father Donovan on American Dad!, Bob Bradley in Veep, and lead villain Vlad Plasmius in Danny Phantom across a varied and lengthy career.
Sharing a photo of the two of them together in hippie attire from the season 2 episode 'Inna Gadda Sabrina' to her Instagram page, Melissa wrote: "Rest in Peace my friend. The incredible #MartinMull (Principal Kraft) has left us for his eternal rest.

"I have such fond memories of working with him and being in awe of his huge body of work which before #SabrinaTheTeenageWitch included #Roseanne and #MrMom as the projects I knew him from.
"And after our Sabrina days, his body of work multiplied with guest star and recurring roles on huge shows as well as features and animation. He once told me that he takes every job he's offered just in case the train comes to an end, which in this business tends to halt quickly.
Melissa added: "But he was an artist who liked to paint and build things with his hands, a musician and a wonderful man who [I] am better for knowing. He will be missed but this world has benefited from his being here.
"My deepest sympathies to his family and friends. I will continue to cherish the Martin Mull art work hanging in my home!"

Martin's daughter, Family Guy co-executive producer Maggie Mull, announced his death on her own Instagram, sharing that he had been fighting against an illness for a long time.
"My dad will be deeply missed by his wife and daughter, by his friends and coworkers, by fellow artists and comedians and musicians, and – the sign of a truly exceptional person –by many, many dogs. I loved him tremendously," Maggie wrote.
Further tributes were paid by Wonder Woman Lynda Carter, Monty Python's Eric Idle, Better Call Saul's Michael McKean, and MacGyver's Michael Des Barres.
Lynda shared a clip of Martin in Wonder Woman alongside her tribute, while Eric shared a photo of Martin in front of one of his paintings, writing: "So many happy memories of a wonderful man."
