Milwaukee man arrested in Fond du Lac County for speeding and drug possession

(WFRV) – The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office (FDLCSO) arrested a man early Friday morning after a deputy on I-41 clocked him driving at 120 miles per hour.

Around 4:15 a.m. on Friday, the vehicle in question was heading northbound near Lost Arrow Road on I-41 and did not stop initially after being pursued. However, the vehicle exited at U.S. Highway 151 and pulled over.

The man, who was not named in the release, is from Milwaukee and has a criminal history. A convicted felon, the man had an open criminal case for possession of a firearm and illegal narcotics, however, he was out on a cash bond in Milwaukee County.

According to the release, the man has prior felony convictions on varying weapons, drugs and burglary charges.

FDLCSO deputies arrested him for speeding, operating while intoxicated, misdemeanor eluding and possession with intent to deliver ecstasy, which he had hidden in his pants near the groin.
