ITV has confirmed that British heist drama Culprits will be available to stream on ITVX later this year.

The eight-part series, which initially premiered on Disney+ last year, stars Misfits actor Nathan Stewart-Jarrett as family man Joe Petrus, who is living the American dream with his fiancé and step-children.

However, Joe’s new family are completely unaware that he was involved in a high-stakes heist with a group of criminals years prior – and his dangerous past is about to catch up with him.

The official synopsis continues: "When a killer starts targeting the crew behind the crime, Joe realises it’s only a matter of time before his family is targeted. He returns to London to track down his old gang and find out who is coming after them."

Other cast members include Gemma Arterton, Niamh Algar, Killing Eve's Kirby Howell-Baptiste, Good Omens' Ned Dennehy, Kamel El Basha, Tara Abboud, Kevin Vidal and Eddie Izzard.

Culprits is created and directed by J Blakeson, who also executive produced the series alongside Stephen Garrett and Killing Eve's Morenike Williams.

Meanwhile, Disney+ series Welcome to Chippendales will also be available to stream on ITVX later this year.

The true-crime drama tells the "outrageous story of Somen ‘Steve’ Banerjee, an Indian immigrant who became the unlikely founder of the world’s greatest male-stripping empire – and lets nothing stand in his way in the process."

Marvel star Kumail Nanjiani, who plays the lead character, previously described the show as "bananas", adding: "There are like ten things that happen in this story that all feel absolutely ridiculous, but they all really happened.

"If people are like, 'Hey, that feels like too much', you're like, 'That's what really happened!'"

Culprits and Welcome to Chippendale’s are both available to watch on Disney+. They will also be available to stream on ITVX later this year.
