Missing 3-year-old’s mother and her boyfriend officially charged with child neglect
TWO RIVERS, Wis. (WFRV) – The mother of a missing 3-year-old, and a man from Two Rivers, have officially been charged nearly a week after Elijah Vue was last seen.
According to court records, both Katrina Baur and Jesse Vang have officially been charged with neglecting a child. This comes after Baur’s 3-year-old son Elijah Vue has been missing since Tuesday, February 20.
Both Baur and Vang were being held at the Manitowoc County Jail. The criminal complaint says that Vang is in a relationship with Baur.

Vang reportedly had his bail set at $20,000 cash bond and the condition that he cannot have contact with anyone under the age of 18 or Baur.
There was no new information on Baur, but is scheduled to have her initial appearance at 1:30 p.m. She previously had her cash bond set at $15,000 on February 23.
The Two Rivers Police Department has continued to search for Elijah, and authorities announced that they searched the city’s rivers. Officials said that the Door County/Sturgeon Bay Dive Team and the Green Bay Dive Team assisted in search efforts.
