UPDATE: KCPD say missing 12-year-old boy safely located

UPDATE: KCPD reports on Wednesday that Martin Paul has been safely located.


KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City police need the public’s help finding a missing 12-year-old boy.

Martin Paul was seen on Monday, July 29 at 6 p.m. near the 800 block of East 82nd Street in Kansas City, Missouri.

He is Black, 5 feet tall, and 90 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Paul was wearing a black t-shirt, bluish-gray shorts and black crocs. He left a residence in an unknown direction on foot. His family is concerned for his safety and well-being.
