Missing: KCPD searching for missing 17-year-old boy

Update: Jason Johnson Jr. has been safely located.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 17-year-old boy.

Jason Johnson Jr. was last seen on Tuesday, Sept. 10, around 4 p.m. in the area of E. 24th St and Holmes St. near Children’s Mercy Hospital.

He is Black, 5 feet 2 inches tall and 110 pounds.

Johnson was wearing a grey zip-up jacket and grey shorts. His family is concerned for his well-being.
