Missing three-year-old Elijah Vue’s mother has plea hearing set
MANITOWOC, Wis. (WFRV) – The mother of missing three-year-old Elijah Vue was back in the Manitowoc County Courthouse on Monday, where a plea hearing has been set.
Court records show that 31-year-old Katrina Baur, who is facing a felony charge for chronic neglect of a child, will have a plea hearing on July 18.

In addition to the felony charge, Baur faces two resisting or obstructing an officer charges and one charge of neglecting a child.
Baur’s boyfriend, Jesse Vang, was the last person to see Elijah before his disappearance. Vang is due back in court on September 27.

Elijah Vue has officially been missing for over four months, and the Two Rivers Police Department continues to search and investigate this case.
