Missing vulnerable adult alert for 63-year-old canceled

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A missing vulnerable adult alert for a 63-year-old man was canceled Tuesday by the Buffalo Police Department.

The alert for Luis Castoire of Buffalo was canceled as of just after 6:30 p.m.
