MO Route 152 to temporarily close Sunday morning: MoDOT
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Missouri Department of Transportation announced on Tuesday that the eastbound and westbound lanes of MO Route 152 in Kansas City, Mo. will be temporarily closed on Sunday, July 28.
According to MoDOT, this part of Route 152 is located just west of North Congress Avenue and will be closed so crews can attach an overhead aerial line between 7 and 7:30 a.m.
The Kansas City Police Department will be assisting with traffic control, MoDOT said, and all work is weather permitting.
As a reminder, MoDOT asks that motorists slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones, and remember that not all work zones look the same. MoDOT said, “They can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.”
