“Mom he has a gun”: 6 kids, mom shot at in Frayser
UPDATE: The Shelby County District Attorney’s Office made a Facebook post saying, “Bond is too low” for the shooting suspect Daimon Fleming.
The DA office also stated, “Initial charges are brought by the police. Initial bonds are set by the judicial commissioners. The charges are too low. The bond is too low. We’ll seek increased charges and bond revocation that will keep the defendant in jail.”
Fleming is now being held on a $100,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — After being asked to stop shooting his gun, a man allegedly fired multiple shots at a woman and her six kids in Frayser Monday.
Daimon Fleming, 21, is charged with Evading Arrest, Tampering with Evidence, Assault on a First Responder, Vandalism $1,000-$2,5000 and seven counts of Aggravated Assault.
His bond was set at $25,000.
On July 1, officers responded to an incident in the 1400 block of Briercrest Lane.

The victim told police she saw Fleming, who she knows as “Honcho,” arguing with his girlfriend, who is her neighbor. During the altercation, Fleming reportedly fired shots at his girlfriend.
Reports state that the victim confronted Fleming, saying that she and her six kids were inside their apartment. That is when he threatened to shoot her.
In an attempt to go to a safer location, the victim and her six kids left the scene. While they were driving away, one of the kids yelled, “Mom he has a gun!” Fleming allegedly chased their car and fired several shots at them.
When Memphis Police tried to arrest Fleming, he ran. They found a black gun in the area.
Once detained, Fleming spat on two officers– one in the face, and another on the arm. He is also accused of damaging the fender of a patrol car, causing $1,200 in damage.
