3 QUESTIONS
...about decorating for Thanksgiving
Turkey Day is fast approaching. Anthony asked home editor Jessica Dodell-Feder for some decorating tips.
Anthony: Any tableware suggestions that look perfect on a Thanksgiving table?
Jessica: I actually love a mismatched look, where you use all your favorite pieces (the platter you got for your wedding, your go-to wooden salad bowl, etc). To me, a great Thanksgiving table is about bringing people together! But if you insist, I love this collection from designer John Derian.
Anthony: What else can I add to make a great table?
Jessica: All those pumpkins you decorated with for Halloween are still fair game. This glass pumpkin is nice and simple, but you could also group real gourds together on a cake stand as a centerpiece.
Anthony: What are other ways I can create a warm and inviting atmosphere in my home?
Jessica: I think lighting just one candle can totally amp up the cozy vibes. You can also swap out some of your home’s accessories for items with darker, richer colors and fuzzy textures, like a velvet pillow or a faux mohair throw blanket. I have lots more suggestions here.

Have a great day. See you tomorrow!
