Niagara Falls man receives 50 years to life in prison for sexual assault against child
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Niagara Falls man was sentenced to 50 years to life in state prison for his conviction on multiple counts of predatory sexual assault against a child, the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office announced.
Officials said 34-year-old Gregory Pearson committed the crimes from 2017 through 2021. He received the maximum sentence.
“This sentence is exactly what this defendant deserves and ensures he will never harm another child,” said Niagara County District Attorney Brian Seaman.
