Niagara Falls woman killed after being struck by vehicle
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Niagara Falls woman was killed after she was struck by a vehicle early Monday morning in Niagara Falls, police announced.
Officials said around 1:20 a.m., officers responded to the scene of 22nd St. and Niagara Avenue where they found a 50-year-old woman with life-threatening injuries.
It appeared she was operating an e-bike when she was struck by a vehicle that left the scene of the crash, according to officials.
The victim was transported to ECMC where she succumbed to her injuries.
The investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
