Employee must obtain a current food handler certificate within 10 business days from inspection.
Thermometer needed in Beverage Air prep fridge. Quaternary chemical testing strips needed for testing sanitizer.
Hand-washing sink must be used for hand-washing only. Hand-washing sink not plumbed during inspection. Owner stated new sink is on order.
Damaged and missing ceiling tiles must be replaced.
