It is hard to understand what “equal justice” is under the law.
I feel former President Donald Trump is getting preferential treatment far above what you and I would get and also above what an “ex” president should get. These are important cases that have been brought up on Trump and are even more important since he is a presidential candidate again.
The judiciary can, yes can, expedite decisions. The public is entitled to quick answers so cases can go on.
The Supreme Court is not expediting precedent-setting cases regarding Constitutional issues that can help the public legitimately make voting decisions.
