Offset Escorts Daughters Kulture And Kalea To Disney’s ‘Little Mermaid’ Premiere Dressed As Princesses
In what can only be called a royal affair, the Migos rapper and his daughters stepped out in coordinating black-and-white regal ensembles for a daddy-daughter date night for the fairy tale books.
The world premiere of The Little Mermaid took place in Hollywood on Monday night. Offset, 8-year-old Kalea Marie Cephus and 4-year-old Kulture Kiari Cephus graced the deep sea blue carpet, replaced by the traditional red in honor of the film’s underwater theme.
Offset walked between his princesses as they arrived to see Halle Bailey in the live-action version of the 1989 Disney classic, The Little Mermaid, at the Dolby Theater. Decked out in beautiful, floor-length black and white ballgowns with diamond accents and long opera gloves, Kulture and Kalea donned red Ariel-inspired tresses to match the Disney princess they eagerly awaited to see.
Kulture wore a sweeping black gown with floral details around the shoulders and white petals down the black-and-white trimmed train. She wore her hair in a twisted updo topped off with a princess-like shimmering tiara and a matching diamond necklace.
Kalea wore the inverse of her younger sister’s gown: a rippling white dress with black flowers as accents around her shoulders and trailing down the back. Instead of a tiara, Kalea had her red hair styled to resemble a large bow, with pearls dotted around her edges.
The future fashionistas’ billowing gowns matched their dapper dad, who paid tribute to Michael Jackson with a military-style, pearl-trimmed bedazzled suit jacket, much like the King of Pop sported at the 1993 Grammys. The musician paired the look with a black sequin armband, black trousers, sleek, matching gloves and dark shades. Despite the unmistakable resemblance to Jackson’s attire, he also channeled Prince Eric from the fantasy film.

The 31-year-old rapper shared a carousel of photos on Instagram, which he captioned “Mermaid premiere with my girls.” Fans flooded the post with over a million likes and thousands of comments, awe-struck by the glamorous trio.
“They ate you up; you just there for decoration purposes,” one follower said of Offset’s daughters.
“Man, these little girls are everything!!! They both are the cutest,” another added.
Cardi B also shared an adorable BTS video of Kulture modeling her dress for the event. Though she skipped the premiere, the “WAP” artist can be heard coaching her daughter from behind the camera on how to smile for the pictures.
“My gal,” Cardi B captioned the video, adding two heart emoji.

While on the blue carpet, Offset and his girls stopped to chat with HSN. The 31-year-old rapper opened up about why it was important for him to take his girls to see the movie, which stars Halle Bailey in the lead role.
“My daughters are very excited to see somebody who looks like them as The Little Mermaid. It’s a special moment in history, and it’s iconic,” Offset said, calling the Halle Bailey-led live-action adaptation “inspirational.”

Her sister, Chl?e Bailey, shared with Entertainment Tonight what she thought it meant for little girls like Kulture and Kalea to see Halle as a princess.
“I get chills,” Chl?e said.
“To know that all of those beautiful girls will be able to see proper representation, whether you’re Black or white or anything like that, you’ll be able to look at my sister and say ‘I can be anything I want to be no matter what the world tells me is acceptable,'” she continued. “There could not be a more perfect Ariel.”
Fans can see Halle as Ariel when “The Little Mermaid” swims into theaters May 26.
