One person stabbed following disturbance on Kansas City bus
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City police are investigating a stabbing on a bus Monday afternoon.
The incident was reported just after 1 p.m. in the area of E. 31st Street and Troost Avenue.
KCPD said a security officer was attempting to intervene when police arrived. A disturbance had broken out between several people.
One victim was taken to the hospital after being injured with a knife and is reported to have non-life threatening injuries.
One suspect was taken to another hospital with minor injuries and a second suspect was arrested and booked into jail for aggravated assault.
