New Orleans Police Department announces new Communications Director appointee
NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department has announced a new selection for Communications Director.
NOPD officials announced that Senior Officer Reese Harper will step into the new position.

Harper is a veteran officer, who has served the NOPD for over 25 years, according to NOPD officials.
They describe him as well-respected throughout diverse New Orleans communities, who will “continue the department’s commitment to best serving the citizens of New Orleans through best practices, diversity, and community engagement.”
New Orleans barber teaching next generation of future barbers
NOPD official also gave their respects to outgoing director Devona Dolliole.
“The New Orleans Police Department sends its appreciation to Ms. Devona Dolliole for the experience she brought from the federal, state, and city level to make valuable contributions to the department, and the NOPD thanks her for her service,” said NOPD officials.
