Man arrested in connection with fatal June Pines Village shooting

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Officers with the New Orleans Police Department have arrested a man in connection with a fatal shooting that took place in the Pines Village neighborhood in June.
On June 26, the NOPD reported that officers responded to the intersection of Chef Menteur Highway and Stemway Drive, where they found 23-year-old Darrell Robinson Jr. unresponsive with a gunshot wound.

He was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS.
On Tuesday, Aug. 20, NOPD officials identified 31-year-old Levi Johnigan as a suspect in the investigation.
On Wednesday, Aug. 21, Johnigan was found and arrested
