Pensacola's sole KIA dealership expanding to offer new services
Pensacola’s lone KIA dealership and auto store was approved for multiple additions to their Brent location by Escambia County’s Development Review Committee on Wednesday.
The project will expand KIA’s building with a new vehicle service, service delivery and car wash/detailing areas around its 5.31-acre site, according to its development order from Escambia County.
There is not yet a timeline for when these services will be available to KIA customers at the facility.
The approved set of permit plans show that the project will also create more parking, install new concrete and asphalt pavements in addition to other small improvements to infrastructure around the property.
Located at 6637 Pensacola Blvd, this KIA has been operating since 1991 and is the only location for its customers for nearly 20 miles. The closest KIA dealership for Pensacola residents is in Milton at 6370 US-90 W.

These improvements will change the Pensacola Boulevard KIA into more of an all-in-one stop for customers in need of an all-around care package for their vehicle.
Developers applied to the Development Review Committee for approval of this project on Jan. 11. This location last applied for approval of site modifications in August of 2021 to revise a previously approved project that expanded its parking.
